Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Mena Insurance Agency, a insurance brokerage business in Arkansas. Mena Insurance Agency serves commercial, personal, and benefits clients across western Arkansas from Polk County, with a seven-person team and more than 150 years of combined licensed experience. Inszone Insurance Services acquisitions expand its multistate insurance brokerage footprint by adding Mena’s long-running agency book built through community referrals since 1911. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition and financial services M&A deal for AR acquisitions, with financial terms undisclosed and the seller led by P.T. Plunkett.
