Xpress Wellness has acquired Midwest Counseling Services, a behavioral health business in Oklahoma, for an undisclosed amount. Midwest Counseling Services provides counseling services that expand Xpress Wellness’s behavioral health footprint across Oklahoma communities. Xpress Wellness acquisitions also strengthen access to mental health support alongside the company’s urgent care, virtual primary care, and occupational medicine offerings in the Oklahoma City area. The Midwest Counseling Services acquisition is an add-on acquisition within healthcare M&A, backed by Goldman Sachs and executed as a private equity acquisition. Terms, advisors, and an expected close date were not disclosed.
