Milleis Group Acquired by Crédit Agricole Assurances | Financial Services M&A Deal

Crédit Agricole Assurances has completed the acquisition of Milleis Group, a wealth management ria business in France. Milleis Group operates Milleis Banque and related wealth management and life insurance units, serving about 64,000 client families with roughly €13 billion in assets under management. The Crédit Agricole Assurances acquisitions expand premium savings and retirement distribution through Milleis Vie, while LCL preserves Milleis brands and client-facing networks in France. The financial services M&A is structured as a strategic add on acquisition, with Crédit Agricole Assurances acquiring Milleis Vie after the Milleis Group acquisition from AnaCap. The closed deal supports Crédit Agricole S.A.’s ACT 2028 plan and is designed to have a limited impact on the group’s CET1 ratio.
