MMG Chartered Accountants Acquired by TC Group

TC Group has acquired MMG Chartered Accountants, a Scottish firm with more than 100 years in business. MMG operates offices in Perth, Dundee, Montrose, Forfar, Crieff, Brechin, and Blairgowrie, and focuses on advisory, accountancy, and wealth management solutions for businesses and individuals.

MMG partner Paul Crichton said the combination of local expertise with a national Top 18 firm is intended to create new career opportunities for current and future staff. The deal is described as an acquisition of the Scottish firm by the English group, with MMG continuing through the merged platform.
