Morpheus AI builds AI video world model technology for generative world models and real time interactive world simulation. Roblox acquisitions aim to strengthen Roblox Reality by using Morpheus AI to generate and upscale game worlds from original renders with 3D data. The technology M&A is a strategic acquisition by Roblox, with the Morpheus AI acquisition announced in 2026 and an early version of the software planned for later this year.
