Coralogix has completed the acquisition of a data and AI observability platform business in Massachusetts, for $200 million. Coralogix provides enterprise software for observability, helping engineering teams analyze telemetry, investigate incidents, and manage production data at scale. The platform is built for agentic-era workloads where AI applications generate high-volume, high-velocity monitoring signals that legacy tools struggle to handle. The funding round was announced as a Series F other acquisition, bringing total company funding to $550 million, with co-leads including Advent, CPPIB, and Greenfield. The technology M&A and MA acquisitions focus on scaling observability backbone capabilities for AI-powered operations and operational intelligence.
