SecureQuip Systems Acquired by BeWhere | Technology M&A Deal

BeWhere has completed the acquisition of SecureQuip Systems, a technology other business in Ontario, for $12M. BeWhere acquires SecureQuip Systems to expand equipment asset tracking capabilities and strengthen its IoT platform with post-transaction recurring revenue estimated above $12M ARR. SecureQuip Systems, founded in Midland, Ontario in 2002, operates about 11,000 tracking devices across North America for construction and fleet operators, supporting reseller and cross-sell opportunities. The BeWhere acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition in closed technology M&A, driven by strategic acquisition goals around higher-margin asset recovery and customer base expansion.
