Netomi Acquired by Accenture Ventures | Technology M&A Deal

Accenture Ventures has acquired Netomi, a enterprise software business in California, for $110 million. Netomi builds AI systems for enterprise customer service, deploying AI-driven customer support workflows that operate in governed, real-world environments. Accenture Ventures seeks to strengthen enterprise software acquisition capabilities by combining consulting and delivery with Netomi’s production-proven AI for digital experience and service operations in San Francisco. The other acquisition is an announced technology M&A funding round led by Accenture Ventures with participation from Adobe Ventures and other investors, and it includes board changes with Jeffrey Katzenberg joining.
