North Pacific Paper Company Acquired by International Paper | Manufacturing M&A Deal

International Paper has completed the acquisition of North Pacific Paper Company, a plastics packaging business in Washington, for $360MM. International Paper acquisitions expand packaging solutions capabilities, adding NORPAC’s lightweight recycled packaging papers to support high-performance grades for West Coast customers. North Pacific Paper Company is based in Longview, Washington, and produces environmentally sustainable lightweight recycled packaging materials for corrugated and other packaging applications. The strategic acquisition is a manufacturing M&A divestiture acquisition by a strategic buyer, strengthening system flexibility and service to growing demand in WA acquisitions.
