NovaCore Labs Acquired by AIBotics | Technology M&A Deal

AIBotics has planned the acquisition of NovaCore Labs, a technology other business in Jamaica, as part of a platform acquisition. NovaCore Labs is a Jamaica-based Google Partner providing digital infrastructure and geospatial technology, including support for Google Street View mapping initiatives. The buyer is an AI-enabled robotics and intelligent automation operator that wants to expand robot deployment across Kingston and the wider Caribbean using NovaCore’s enterprise relationships and live retail and hospitality deployments. The strategic acquisition is progressing from a Letter of Intent with an anticipated closing in the second quarter, positioning AIBotics for technology M&A scale through a build, deploy, scale platform approach.
