BAG Investments has completed the acquisition of Parc @ 5 Apartments, a property management business in California, for $40 million. Parc @ 5 Apartments is a 104-unit garden-style multifamily community in Downey, supporting residential leasing and day-to-day property management services. BAG Investments acquisitions add real estate services M&A exposure in CA acquisitions, expanding its multifamily portfolio in the Interstate 5 submarket. The other acquisition is backed by a private equity buyer and fits a $25 million–$50 million deal size range, with the prior owner Parc @ 5 Downey LLC having purchased the development in 2018 for $37.5 million.
