Plains Midstream Luxembourg Acquired by Keyera | Energy M&A Deal

Keyera has completed the acquisition of Plains Midstream Luxembourg, a midstream business in Luxembourg, for an undisclosed amount. Plains Midstream Luxembourg operates midstream energy infrastructure and related NGL inventory and working capital processes that support natural gas liquids handling. Keyera acquisitions in the midstream sector expand strategic control of cross-border energy M&A assets and strengthen its midstream footprint. The other acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with closing governed by a share purchase agreement and a closing adjustment framework covering working capital, NGL inventory adjustments, tax pool adjustments, and capex adjustments.
