Precision Aviation Group Acquired by VSE | Industrials M&A Deal

VSE has completed the acquisition of Precision Aviation Group, a industrial services other business in the aviation aftermarket in the United States, for $2.025 billion. Precision Aviation Group provides aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul services and supports customers with aftermarket parts and related logistics. VSE acquisitions expand its aviation aftermarket platform by adding capabilities from Precision Aviation Group to serve airline and government operators. The strategic acquisition is a platform acquisition by a strategic buyer, sized over $100M, and strengthens VSE’s industrials M&A footprint in aviation services.
