The 193-room Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort Spa is a luxury hotel and resort asset generating trailing-12-month net operating income of about $9.0 million, implying a 5.1% capitalization rate. Braemar is a strategic REIT focused on high-performance luxury properties with strong RevPAR, and the divestiture acquisition supports its portfolio optimization in CO.
