TMB Commercial Property Management Launches in Scotland

TMB Commercial Property Management has been launched in Glasgow by co-directors Michael Martin and Marc Taylor, joined by commercial property consultant Gregor Brown, founder of GM Brown. The new firm will focus on retail, office, industrial and business park assets across Scotland.

The founding team is supported by finance director Paul Clifford and senior property manager Gary Macdonald. The business starts with an established book of commercial management instructions migrating from Taylor & Martin, which together manage 17,000 properties across Scotland.

The launch comes as commercial landlords face pressure on yields, occupancy and asset performance, increasing scrutiny on property management effectiveness.
