REMAX Acquired by Real Brokerage | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

Real Brokerage has completed the acquisition of REMAX, a commercial brokerage business in the real estate services sector in the U.S., for $880 million. Real Brokerage brings an AI-enabled brokerage platform and a large agent network, while REMAX is a globally recognized brand supporting real estate professionals across multiple markets. The Real Brokerage acquisitions strategy combines Miami-based operations with REMAX’s Denver-based footprint to strengthen commercial brokerage capabilities and expand reach in 120+ countries. The merger acquisition is an all-stock and cash strategic acquisition, creating the Real REMAX Group holding company and targeting support for more than 180,000 agents.
