Solutions Driven Acquired by Groupe Adéquat

Scottish-founded recruitment business Solutions Driven has been acquired by French-based Groupe Adéquat. The deal is described as strengthening Solutions Driven’s position in the UK and expanding its reach globally.

Solutions Driven is a specialist in senior and executive recruitment and embedded talent solutions within engineering and STEM. Founded in 1998 by Walter Speirs and now led by his son Gavin Speirs as CEO, the firm employs over 50 people worldwide and serves more than 150 clients globally. It will continue operating under its own brand with its management team in place.

Groupe Adéquat is described as the 46th largest recruitment firm in the world and as family-owned, with a strategy of targeted acquisitions of expert-led staffing businesses across multiple countries.
