Studio Emme Acquired by TransPerfect in Add-On

TransPerfect has acquired Studio Emme SpA, a Rome-based audio-visual post-production and dubbing studio, in an add-on transaction. Studio Emme will operate as part of TransPerfect Media, the company’s media and entertainment division.

Studio Emme was founded in 1982 and provides dubbing and post-production services for film, television, and commercial projects. The acquisition keeps Studio Emme’s leadership team in place and the company will continue operating from its Rome headquarters.
