Siris has completed the acquisition of TAKKION, a renewable energy business in Florida, for $4.2 billion. TAKKION provides integrated services for renewable energy projects across North America, supporting the full asset lifecycle from logistics and construction through operations, maintenance, remanufacturing, and electrical services. Siris acquisitions in energy M&A aim to scale TAKKION’s specialized workforce, equipment network, and project execution capabilities to serve growing demand for renewable energy. The platform acquisition is a private equity acquisition by Siris and is structured as a majority stake deal, with financial and legal advisors including TD Securities and Wells Fargo for Siris and Harris Williams for the Apollo Funds.
