Nippon Express Buys Minority Stake in TCS Logistics

Nippon Express Holdings announced that, through its subsidiary NX South Asia & Oceania Co., Ltd., it acquired a minority stake in TCS Logistics (Private) Limited on February 2, 2026. TCS Logistics is a Pakistan-based logistics provider focused on domestic logistics services.

TCS Logistics is part of the TCS Group, founded in 1983 and headquartered in Karachi. TCSL operates a nationwide logistics infrastructure including domestic land transportation, warehousing and distribution, and international overland transport connecting Central Asia to overseas destinations via the Port of Karachi. The company reports 25 warehouse locations, about 1,494,587 ft2 of warehouse area, and 322 owned vehicles. Nippon Express said the investment supports its strategy of end-to-end supply chain solutions, with a focus on strengthening logistics capabilities in South Asia and surrounding regions.
