BetHog Acquisition | Technology Deal in NY

BetHog has completed the acquisition of BetHog, a SaaS business in New York, for $10 million. BetHog provides AI-powered live dealers for live online casino operators through Sentient Studios, a software-driven alternative to traditional live dealer supply models. The platform helps operators scale dealer tables, localize content across languages, and personalize player interactions without studio staffing constraints, supporting global gaming deployments from NY. The announced other acquisition is structured as a $10M Series A round, with total funding reaching $16 million, and is intended to expand BetHog’s AI dealer technology on its own platform. Technology M&A in NY is supported by co-leads Will Ventures and RockawayX, with participation from PCV, 6MV, Bullpen Capital, and Advancit Capital.
