Grow Therapy Acquires Tenor Therapy AI-Scribe Tool

Grow Therapy has acquired Tenor Therapy, a HIPAA-compliant, AI-powered clinical support tool that generates therapy notes and supports clinical documentation. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

After the acquisition, Tenor’s product will be sunset and no longer available after Feb. 28. Grow Therapy stated it will not offer or operate any standalone products once Tenor becomes part of its platform, and clinicians are advised to export existing data before March.

Tenor’s CEO, Olivia Chen, said the move will bring Tenor’s AI tools to a broader community of therapists and clients. Tenor previously received an undisclosed funding round in 2025 from Sequoia Capital and Greylock Partners.
