Terrasoul Superfoods Acquired by Laird Superfood | Consumer M&A Deal

Laird Superfood has acquired Terrasoul Superfoods, a food beverage retail business in the United States, for $48 million. Terrasoul Superfoods produces and sells organic superfood products, including functional ingredients and wellness-focused foods that fit Laird Superfood’s consumer nutrition portfolio. Laird Superfood acquisitions in the superfood and wellness category aim to expand distribution and strengthen brand presence across U.S. retail and e-commerce channels. The Terrasoul Superfoods acquisition is an add-on acquisition within consumer M&A, backed by Nexus Capital, and is expected to close following customary announced-deal conditions.
