Based in Brazil, the studio employs a small team and continues operations under founders Cacau Moraes and Baepi Pinna with partners Danilo Paulino and Elder Ono. Galeria Holding acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition within business services M&A, expanding the holding’s portfolio to 12 companies. The strategic acquisition is announced and positioned as a technology-and-creative expansion across production, VFX, and AI-enabled content development.
