SportsMed Acquires Physical Therapy Center

Hildred-backed SportsMed has acquired The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in an add-on transaction. The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center operates physical therapy locations across New Jersey and Connecticut.

The deal is positioned as an expansion of SportsMed’s physical therapy footprint in the Northeast, building on its existing platform.
