Thramann Holdings Acquired by Auddia | Technology M&A Deal

Auddia has announced the proposed merger acquisition of Thramann Holdings, a enterprise software business in Colorado. Thramann Holdings is being positioned to be powered by Auddia’s McCarthy Finney Operating System (MCFN-OS), an AI-native, Web3-enabled platform designed for agentic AI, shared institutional memory, and chat-first workflow automation across a portfolio. Auddia, a public company based in Boulder, is building MCFN-OS with platform architect support to move from conceptual architecture into active development ahead of the Thramann Holdings acquisition close. The technology M&A is structured as a merger acquisition, with Auddia acquisitions focused on enterprise software acquisition capabilities and CO acquisitions in the technology deals category, and Auddia targets a first production module release in Q3 2026.
