Water Solutions Unlimited Acquired by Hawkins | Industrials M&A Deal

Hawkins has completed the acquisition of Water Solutions Unlimited, a waste environmental business in Illinois, for $935 million. Hawkins acquires Water Solutions Unlimited to expand municipal water treatment services across the Midwest, supporting customers in Illinois and neighboring states with water treatment chemicals and applications. Water Solutions Unlimited provides municipal-focused water treatment solutions, strengthening Hawkins acquisitions in industrials M&A and IL acquisitions for waste environmental. The add on acquisition is part of Hawkins acquisitions strategy as a strategic acquisition, increasing the water treatment footprint and adding employees and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization within three years.
