Transom Acquires WellBiz Brands Beauty & Wellness Platform

Transom Capital Group has completed its acquisition of WellBiz Brands, a beauty and wellness franchisor platform. WellBiz is headquartered in Denver and operates a portfolio of five recurring, membership-based brands.

The brands include Drybar, Elements Massage, Amazing Lash Studio, Fitness Together, and Radiant Waxing. WellBiz has more than 700 locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East, and it runs a cross-brand digital marketing platform plus supply chain, e-commerce, and product innovation capabilities.

Transom said the partnership will add investment and operational expertise to accelerate growth, improve profitability, enhance franchisee support, and strengthen the franchisee system.
