Epiris has completed the acquisition of Winterflood Business Services, a payments processing business in UK, for $X. Winterflood Business Services provides exchange-traded dealing and custody services for retail wealth platforms, supporting execution, custody, and reporting through its EOS technology. With over £17.5 billion in assets under administration, the firm serves institutional wealth managers, retail investment platforms, and brokerage firms across London. Epiris acquisitions in financial services M&A included this add on acquisition as a private equity acquisition, positioning WBS as an independent, technology-led wealth infrastructure platform while Marex retains Winterflood market-making and corporate broking activities. The Winterflood Business Services acquisition completed on 1 June 2026, with GP Bullhound advising Epiris and Alex Kerry continuing as CEO.
