Volaris Group Acquires zetVisions GmbH

Volaris Group has announced the acquisition of zetVisions GmbH, a German software provider focused on enterprise equity and master data management. zetVisions is headquartered in Heidelberg and has developed legal entity management solutions for more than 20 years.

The company provides structured oversight, maintenance, and compliance for corporate entities across global jurisdictions. Its customers include publicly listed companies, medium-sized businesses, and public sector entities. Volaris said the acquisition expands its German portfolio in a high-growth segment, and zetVisions has completed over 400 projects across industries.
