socoto Acquired by Volaris Group | Technology M&A Deal

Volaris Group has acquired socoto, a enterprise software business in Trier, Germany, for $X. socoto provides marketing software solutions for decentralized organizations across the DACH region, supporting management of marketing materials and campaigns. The platform serves automotive manufacturers and retail and pharmacy chains, and Volaris Group acquisitions aim to strengthen its German portfolio in high-growth enterprise software. This add on acquisition is part of Volaris Group’s strategic acquisition strategy as a subsidiary of Constellation Software, with expected expansion of socoto’s technology stack using artificial intelligence.
