Volaris Group acquires Interplayers to expand its international healthcare IT footprint in Latin America and strengthen relationships with local healthcare stakeholders. The healthcare M&A is structured as an add-on acquisition within Volaris Group acquisitions, with Interplayers operating as an independent business unit and retaining its leadership under CEO Rodrigo Galesi. The strategic acquisition was announced on April 30, 2026, with founder Arnaldo Sá Filho continuing as an advisor.
