United Surgical Partners International has completed the acquisition of ASCs (seven acquired), a ambulatory surgery business in Texas, for $125 million. The Dallas-based ASC operator expands outpatient surgical capacity and supports higher-acuity procedures, including robotic surgery programs, across its Texas footprint. USPI acquisitions add scale to its ambulatory surgery acquisition strategy and strengthen joint replacement and other specialty service lines. The healthcare M&A deal is an add on acquisition by a strategic buyer, with the seven acquired ASCs positioned to drive double-digit growth.
