The platform supports an AI-ready data management approach by creating a unified view of information for actionable intelligence and improved governance. This add on acquisition is part of technology M&A by a public company acquisition, with Everpure expanding its Enterprise Data Cloud strategy and strengthening enterprise software acquisition capabilities in NY.
