Advanced Gas Systems Acquired by Safe Monitoring Group

An Irish specialist in gas safety and fire suppression solutions, Advanced Gas Systems Ltd (AGSL), has been acquired by Safe Monitoring Group, a Vellinge-based developer and manufacturer of gas detection and safety monitoring systems. The transaction was supported by legal counsel from Browne Jacobson.

The deal enables continued expansion of both companies’ work to protect people, equipment, and the environment from hazardous gas leaks. Safe Monitoring Group is backed by Swedish private equity firm Alder. The article does not disclose financial terms.

AGSL’s sale is described as a cross-border transaction involving an international buyer, with the closing positioned as part of ongoing Ireland M&A activity.
