Fabtech Cleanrooms Acquires Advantek Air Systems

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has acquired Advantek Air Systems as part of a strategic expansion of its air handling and controlled-environment solutions. At a board meeting on 12 February, Fabtech approved an additional purchase of 38,673 shares in Advantek Air Systems for total consideration of approximately ₹2.55 crore (about $310,000).

The additional equity is intended to raise Fabtech’s existing shareholding and enhance its capabilities in integral HVAC and cleanroom air management systems. The acquisition is structured on an arm’s-length basis and is expected to close by 15 March. Advantek manufactures AHU and HVAC equipment for commercial and pharmaceutical customers.
