Totaligent has completed the acquisition of Aetherium Medical, an enterprise software business in Florida, for $2.7 billion. Totaligent acquires Aetherium Medical to integrate a platform built to connect biotech companies with Asia-Pacific medical tourism infrastructure and medical-grade travel demand. Aetherium Medical supports biologics commercialization through intelligent business marketing data and enterprise software workflows, strengthening Totaligent’s APAC positioning from Boca Raton, FL. The Totaligent acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition, with Totaligent acting as a private equity acquisition platform and pursuing technology M&A to capture a market projected to reach $273.7 billion by 2032. The deal follows a definitive agreement and is expected to close soon as Totaligent operationalizes the Aetherium Medical platform.
