Off The Hook Yachts to Acquire APEX Marine Platform

Off The Hook Yachts has signed a definitive agreement to acquire APEX Marine Group of Companies (APEX), a South Florida marine service, storage, and sales organization. The acquisition is expected to close in about 60 days, subject to customary due diligence.

APEX will bring four strategically located South Florida facilities, including storage and service locations plus haul-out capability up to 150 metric tons and vessels up to 130 feet. The deal also includes a full-service team covering repair, refit, and refurbishment, along with infrastructure intended to process much of Off The Hook’s acquired inventory internally.
