Wäsche Perle employs about 120 staff and generated approximately €13.5 million in revenue in 2025, supporting Elis’ consumer M&A strategy in Switzerland. The public company acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with Wäsche Perle consolidated from May 1, 2026, and the existing management team expected to continue developing the local operation.
