Elis has acquired Wäsche Perle, a waste environmental business in Switzerland, for an undisclosed deal value. Wäsche Perle operates a modern laundry in Interlaken near Bern, providing linen rental and maintenance services to the hotel and restaurant sector, with about 120 employees. Elis acquisitions in circular services expand its footprint in Swiss tourism markets while supporting hygiene and environmental objectives through traceability-enabled operations. The Wäsche Perle acquisition is an add on acquisition announced as a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with consolidation in Elis accounts expected from May 1, 2026 and the existing management team staying in place.
