ASA Robotics Acquired by ModuLink | Technology M&A Deal

ModuLink has completed the acquisition of ASA Robotics, a enterprise software business in Hong Kong, for $641,026. ModuLink acquisitions add robotics and intelligent automation solutions, with ASA Robotics providing robot management platforms for centralized control and teleoperation. ModuLink acquires ASA Robotics to strengthen its Asia-Pacific smart technology offerings and support a scalable platform across healthcare, smart living, and building technology applications. The add on acquisition is structured as a 60% equity interest purchase, making ASA Robotics a majority-owned subsidiary of the public company buyer. Consideration was paid via issuance of 6,500 shares of ModuLink preferred stock at about US$98.62 per share, with deal completion on April 23, 2026.
