Argano has acquired Ascend, a enterprise software business in the UK. Argano acquisitions are focused on workforce management and HCM transformation, and Ascend supports UKG services delivery for HR and scheduling workflows. Ascend acquisition strengthens Argano’s ability to implement and optimize UKG platforms for mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK.
