Bastion Security Group Acquires Astralas

Bastion Security Group, Quadrant Private Equity’s cybersecurity roll-up, has acquired Astralas, a Melbourne-based cybersecurity architecture and engineering services provider. The transaction is Bastion’s fourth acquisition since entering the Quadrant portfolio.

Following the Astralas purchase, Bastion’s headcount rises to 250. The article also notes Bastion previously acquired Melbourne cybersecurity business Cythera in a deal worth at least $40 million a year ago.
