Bitnomial Acquired by Payward | Financial Services M&A Deal

Payward has completed the acquisition of Bitnomial, a payments processing business in the United States, for $550 million. Bitnomial provides crypto derivatives market infrastructure and execution services that support regulated trading workflows, strengthening Payward’s financial services capabilities.
