IFM Investors has acquired Briggs Equipment UK, a logistics other business in Cannock, Staffordshire. Briggs Equipment UK provides materials handling, asset management, and engineering services for capital equipment users across the UK and Ireland. The platform acquisition expands IFM Investors acquisitions in logistics M&A by adding a portfolio of materials handling businesses, including equipment rental, plant hire, powered access, and specialist engineering operations. IFM Investors acquisitions include a private equity acquisition approach focused on patient, growth-oriented infrastructure and logistics-related assets, following Briggs Group’s prior ownership by Sammons Enterprises.
