Standard Dental Labs Acquires BRLIT Dental Laboratory

Standard Dental Labs Inc. has completed its acquisition of BRLIT Dental Laboratory, Inc., a family-owned full-service dental laboratory headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. BRLIT was founded in 1977 by Emil Brlit, Sr. and Frank Pechar and is now a third-generation family-owned business.

BRLIT supports dentists with crown and bridge work, implant restorations, full-contour zirconia and e.max restorations, dentures and partials, and appliance repairs. The company emphasizes that restorations are fabricated in the United States. Standard Dental Labs says it structured the transaction to preserve BRLIT’s staff, client relationships, and operating structure, while BRLIT gains access to SDL’s operational resources and compliance infrastructure.
