Parsons Business Services Acquisition | M&A Deal

Parsons has completed the acquisition of DTRA, a business services other business in Virginia, for $34 million. Parsons is a public company acquisition provider delivering mission assurance and vulnerability assessment support for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Nuclear Enterprise Mission Assurance program. The company supports DTRA in Chantilly, VA with technical support projects, design reviews, operational support, and strategic mission analyses tied to nuclear enterprise readiness. The announced other acquisition follows Parsons acquisitions and VA acquisitions under the $170 million AEMSS IDIQ, with Option Year 3 exercised for a one-year performance period valued at $34 million.
