Amberjack Majority Recapitalizes CIMA Services

Amberjack Capital Partners completed a majority recapitalization of CIMA Services, L.P., with the transaction closing on January 15, 2026. GulfStar Group served as the exclusive financial advisor throughout the process.

CIMA is a full-service industrial and environmental resources company founded in 2003, headquartered in Pasadena, Texas. It provides civil, structural, mechanical, and waste management services for petrochemical, refining, midstream oil and gas, and general industrial customers across the U.S. Gulf Coast region. The company has more than 400 employees.

The announcement does not disclose deal value or consideration terms.
