Hydrogen Fitness Signs 15-Year Lease in Murray Hill

Hydrogen Fitness has signed a 15-year lease for 17,000 square feet at 145 East 32nd Street in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood. The gym will occupy the ground floor, lower level, and mezzanine, and will operate a juice bar branded as Hydro Bar.

The Murray Hill site is Hydrogen Fitness’s first New York City location and its third location across the New York tri-state area. The listing describes the space as a 24-hour gym concept aimed at establishing a flagship presence in a high residential-density daytime population area.
