Doeren Mayhew has acquired Birmingham, Alabama-based CPA firm Dent Moses, LLP and its affiliate Impact Technology Group, LLC. The combination is effective Feb. 10, 2026 and establishes Doeren Mayhew’s first office in Alabama.
The deal adds nine principals and nearly 65 professionals to the firm. Dent Moses, founded in 1923 and formed through a 2015 merger, provides audit, tax, and outsourced accounting to high-net-worth individuals, privately held companies, and governmental entities. Impact Technology Group operates a managed and co-managed information technology platform that began as a technology solutions practice launched in 2001.
All former Dent Moses partners remain in leadership roles as principals of Doeren Mayhew, with Dent Moses Managing Partner Lee Willoughby continuing as managing principal for regional growth.
